I know the Sacramento region well. Originally from England, my family first settled in California's Monterey/Salinas area before enjoying Sacramento's Greenhaven/Pocket neighborhood. We now call home the 55+ Community of Four Seasons, Westshore, where I serve on the HOA's Finance Committee.

Before coming to the Capital region, I obtained a B.A. degree (Accounting/Business Administration), from Fresno State University and attended a foundation building year of law courses at Monterey College of Law. My Broker's license is enhanced as a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute - earned by just 1% of agents nationwide), and I'm an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and a Certified PROBATE & TRUST Specialist.

I am a Top Producer at Windermere Real Estate, consistently ranking in the upper 20% of agents company wide. But life isn't just about work; during downtime, I enjoy time with family and friends. Married for over 57 years, my wife and I have 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren! We enjoy reading, gardening and traveling as well as being involved in our community.
